The online store does not ship on holidays or weekends as Canada Post doesn’t pick up on weekends or holidays. If we have everything in stock, orders will go out same day or next business day. If we do not have stock, a next day transfer is made to ship the following day.

If a product that you have ordered is not available or on back order, you will receive an email from us before your order has been shipped out. We will offer to hold your order & ship everything once the missing product(s) are back in stock. Alternatively we can issue a refund or credit for the missing product(s). 

Shipping Cost
Orders shipped within Canada with a subtotal of $100 or more before tax qualify for free shipping. 

We do not ship outside of Canada currently. 

Anytime your subtotal drops below $99.99 in Canada, this includes using coupons, you will be charged a flat shipping rate charge of $15.00.

Our guarantee at Muscle Complex is to ensure that you are pleased and satisfied with your shopping experience. We will gladly accept returns of unopened products up to 10 days from the date of purchase in store or delivery if ordered online.

For unopened products, we will be happy to issue you an exchange or refund your payment (to the original payment tender.)

Opened or used products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To return a product purchased in store or online, just head to our store location, where we will happily assist you with your return.

No refunds or exchanges will be given without proof of purchase and valid photo ID.

Online Purchases
For returns of products purchased online please email muscle.complex@hotmail.com to set up a return, refund or exchange. Alternatively, purchases made online that are eligible for return can be done by bringing the item, along with proof of purchase, to our store location.

Muscle Complex is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Purchases made in store, must be returned in store.

Qualifying items are available for same day pickup at our Vancouver, BC location during store hours.

Just select the store pickup option during checkout.

Items are available for pick up during store hours only.

Orders placed for pick up after store hours will be available next day.

An email confirmation will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
